We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, have tags, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@marioebike.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
You can always contact us at info@marioebike.com with any return questions.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous items, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once the return is accepted.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.
