Can I ride my Mario e-bike in the wet?

Though all electronics of our Mario e-bikes are water resistant when you riding or commuting in the rain, please dry and clean them ASAP to ensure a long lifespan, please take good care of them, they will be your best friend then.

Do you provide a warranty?

Mario warrants to the original purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, display, and controller will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery.

Does the temperature affect my Mario e-bike battery?

Yes! And no matter how hot or cold it is, we always recommend that you unplug your bike from the power outlet once your bike is fully charged. And if you want to store your bike for a longer time, ensure the battery level is around 40-60%. this way will keep the performance of your battery up to standard. unplugging your bike from the power outlet once it
