Though all electronics of our Mario e-bikes are water resistant when you riding or commuting in the rain, please dry and clean it ASAP to ensure a long lifespan, please take good care of it, it will be you best friend then.
Yes! And no matter how hot or cold it is, we always recommend that you unplug your bike from the power outlet once your bike is fully charged. And if you want to store your bike for a longer period of time, make sure the battery level is around 40-60%. this way will keep the performance of your battery up to standard.
All of our Mario e-bikes come with a throttle as a standard feature, if you don’t need it, please let me know when you place the order, thank you in advance.
The size of the battery pack you should purchase depends on how far you intend on traveling. We have found that many first-time e-bike buyers purchase the small one, but they will be back to buy larger one. So, it is better to buy the large one within your budget then no worry about whether or not you will reach your destination.
We use cadence sensor as standard and torque sensor as advanced.

Mario warrants to the original purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, display and controller will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery.
All of our Mario e-bikes are built to order and our current production lead time is 10-15 working days on all models, but if you are lucky enough, you will see the pictures of your dream bike the day after we get your payment. Anyway, the sooner you place the order, the sooner you will receive the bike.

We work with various logistics partners and depending on the different countries, you are welcome to inquiry with your detailed shipping address, we will check and back to you ASAP. When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track your order.
All our Mario e-bikes are carefully inspected before shipment and almost completely assembled in our factory. All our bikes are wrapped in bubble warp and extra strong carton protection. Upon receipt, you should immediately inspect product for damage. Freight damage claims can be extremely time sensitive, and therefore, we will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 working days from Customer’s receipt of the product. You should note any damage to the product on the Bill of Lading before the shipment is accepted. And also document any damage with photographs, and date the images whenever possible. Furthermore, you should keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.
We take great pride in the quality and durability of our Mario e-bikes. We are confident that you will be impressed as well, and we stand behind all of our Mario e-bikes, so return the e-bike is rejected but you can cancel the order if not under the process, we will send you the whole refund and refunds will be made to the method of payment used for the order. A 10% processing fee will be applied for any order being canceled if under the process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
